ABOUT DR TREVOR PARKER

I am a qualified Orthopaedic Surgeon practicing in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town. My approach to Orthopaedic care combines conservative treatment modalities and physical therapy with well timed, clinically proven and up to date surgical techniques to ensure quick recovery and return to function.

This practice believes in a personalised approach to ensure patient satisfaction. My practice is run with the support of my wonderful wife, three beautiful daughters, family and friends.

 

CREDENTIALS

After securing a Military bursary to study medicine at the University of Pretoria I obtained my MBChB in 2001. I started my post graduate studies in Orthopaedic surgery at Stellenbosch University and received my FcOrtho (SA) degree from the Colleges of Medicine of South Africa in 2009.

I was also the recipient of the JM Edelstein Medal for Orthopaedics from the College of Orthopaedic Surgeons in 2009.
I completed my MMedOrtho degree at the University of Stellenbosch in 2010. After two years as senior consultant in the department of Orthopaedic surgery at 2 Military hospital, Cape Town I started my independent private practice in 2012.
